Ah! And then someone asked us to let go of ‘I, me, my, mine’ – knowing very well that this can’t be done, because the only thing that we are truly aware of is ‘I, me, my, mine’ – the rest is all speculation.
This achieving of impossible is another guilt/shame-trap.
My work has taught me that healing is all about taking FULL responsibility of ‘I, me, my, mine’ – and nothing else.
In Nature, everyone does just this; and the rest happens by grace, because the world is so designed that one person’s authentic/ full/ individual expression is another person’s food for consumption. In this symbiotic world, we only have to mind our own business – and get out of others’ business – in order to express our highest potential.
By creating such “holy” guilt traps on ‘I, me, my, mine’, we not only stop others from owning their lives, but we also stop our own growth.
I am very clear that my energy is my responsibility. My life is my responsibility. My growth is my responsibility. If I will not shoulder my responsibility, who will?
How I love ‘I, me, my, mine’! And how ‘I, me, my, mine’ loves me in return!!
The proof of the pudding lies in its eating…
