LG Company has recently unveiled a new Smartphone- LG Stylus 2 Plus, which is being sold in India at a price of Rs 25,990. What’s worth wondering is that the no official announcement has been made about this device for the India markets and the handset isn’t even listed on the company’s Indian website.
First announcement of LG Stylus 2 Plus was made in April and only in June the information about the price point was shared. In Taiwan, the LG Stylus 2 Plus price was stated to be $340 (approximately INR 23,000).
As far as designing is concerned, not much difference can be seen between this device and the original LG Stylus 2. But the new entry certainly has some notable enhancements. With LG Stylus 2 Plus the users will get the pen with a nano coated tip, which ensures better accuracy in comparison to the rubber-tip pen that accompanied the older version. What’s more is the Pen Pop that reveals a popup menu as soon as the stylus is removed. Then there are shortcuts such as Pop Scanner, Off Memo and Quick Memo. The best part is the Pen Keeper Feature that will notify the users in case they forget to replace the pen.
Coming to LG Stylus 2 Plus specifications, the device comes with a 5.7 inch in-cell display that offers a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Powered by 1.4 GHz octa core processor, the handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The device features a 3000 mAh removable batter and weighs 145 grams with dimensions of 155×79.6×7.4 mm.
The LG Stylus 2 Plus is available in two variants. Rear camera of 13MP and front shooter of 5MP is present in 2GB/16GB variant and rear camera of 16MP and front shooter of 8MP can be seen in 3GB/32GB variant. The LG Stylus 2 Plus is available in Gold, Titan and Brown colours.
