  4. Every emotional reaction of yours can become your personal workshop.

  6. Laughter helps your body release oxytocin – and so does a hug. Oxytocin offers you a sense a belonging. It is the ‘bonding’ hormone.
  7. Whenever you feel overwhelmed, just deep breathe. Exhale through your mouth – and make your outbreath ‘noisy’.
  8. When you discover your authentic self and accept the reality of who/ where you are in the now – your life become magical.
  9. Celebrate your successes, without underplaying or undervaluing yourself.
  10. When you begin to listen more, you learn that you don’t always know ‘better’.
  11. You cannot respect your parents, until you can truly feel their love for you. And you cannot love yourself, until you can truly respect your parents.
